Sometimes we’re harsh on ourselves even more than others are harsh on us. And sometimes we’re quick to internalize the critiques we hear from others.
It’s one thing to accept helpful advice. It’s another thing to allow people’s words or our own negative thoughts to rip our confidence in ourselves.
We’re social beings and sometimes we don’t get the affirmation from others that we think we need. And that’s OK. Because we really don’t need it.
You ARE What YOU Think:
BE kind and honest to yourself
THINK positively about yourself
BELIEVE in your worth and uniqueness
And don’t allow your thoughts to settle for anything else
