The holiday season is almost over.
Some of us are basking in the joyfulness from the holidays or in the escape from our daily routines.
While some of us are experiencing hardships or dealing with this year’s and next year’s anxieties.
Wherever we are mentally and emotionally, we should gather our strength:

The new year is right around the corner and we can’t predict what’s in store:
Be hopeful
The new year is an opportunity to start anew, be creative, try other methods, or expand on what we’ve started:
Make plans
At times it will be difficult to keep going forward, to believe in what were are doing, or to see how much we’ve progressed:
Stay focused
When everything seems daunting, we should re-evaluate our lives and take in what’s positive:
Be grateful
The new year is a reminder to assess where we’ve been and where we want to be. We can shed the past and prepare ourselves:
