Guidelines for Blog Posts

To share your writing on Perspectiv.words, your sign up form must be approved. We only accept original posts that have not been published on other websites or publications.

Our current post categories are Diversity, Motivation, Poetry, Quick.words (brief posts on any topic), Science, and Social. We are open to adding more categories that fit our blog’s mission, cater to our contributors’ talents, and will interest our readership.

All posts should have an authentic, informative, conversational, and positive tone. Opinion posts should not misrepresent facts. Posts with research should have carefully vetted facts.

Post titles should be creative, but straightforward (no clickbait). The word limit for posts depends on the post category and we ask that all posts be as concise as possible (at least no more than 1500 words). Original images or videos are welcomed. Please provide proof of ownership and/or copyright. Posts can also include links to videos or articles.

Once you are selected to be part of our writing team, you will receive additional guides and resources to help you share your perspective on our blog.
